Domestic (Australia)

*All domestic orders have a Standard shipping rate of $9.00

*For orders over $75 we offer FREE Standard SHIPPING.

*Express shipping is available at $12.50.


For regulatory reasons (sunscreen is heavily regulated after all), we currently do not ship internationally. 

Dispatch times

Orders are packed & shipped within 24 hours (excluding Sundays, public holidays and times of peak-demand). During these times it may take up to 48 hours for our Soler SPF team to pack & post your order.


We use Australia Post. 

Once your order has been shipped we will email you a tracking number that you can use to check your delivery status here.

If you want to get an estimate on delivery times, you can use AusPost’s estimated postage delivery times here. Our orders are shipped from Bangalow (postcode 2479).

Authority to leave 

Not a fan of queueing at the local post office to pick up your missed delivery? Neither are we, which is why all our regular and express orders are sent as Authority to Leave parcels, so that no signature is required on delivery.

If you miss your parcel delivery or require a redelivery, please email us and we will look into it. There will be a redelivery fee for wrong addresses or failure to timely collect at the post office.


A $12 redelivery fee will apply for the following reasons:

*Entering an incorrect address at checkout, causing your order to be sent back to us.

*Not picking up your item from the post office or courier depot, causing your order to be sent back to us.

We value each of our customers and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. 

If Solèr SPF is damaged or faulty on arrival, please send a photo of the product & packaging within 7 days of receiving the goods and quote your order number and we will replace your product.

We accept returns within 14 days of the date of purchase with the following conditions: 

*Item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it; and

*Items must also be in the original packaging

*'Sale' items cannot be returned for exchange, credit or refund (unless they are deemed to be Faulty)

*Refunds will be processed through your original payment method & you will receive notification once this has been completed. Your Bank may take 7-10 business days to process your refund.

Any orders returned after 14 days from date of purchase will not be eligible for a refund or Solèr SPF Store Credit.

*Contact us at and provide your order number and the reason for returning the product

*You will receive an email with you RA number and our return address

*Clearly label your parcel with your full name and RA # Number

*Send your return back to us within 3 business days of receiving your return RA # number

*We will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure or track the returned parcel

*Please note: you will be refunded in full on your original form of payment and original shipping charges will not be included in your refund.

All items are inspected by our quality control team before returns are processed. If returns do not meet the inspection and/or meet the returns conditions they will be rejected and sent back to you.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within 10 days of returning the product, please contact your bank or credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Return shipping method and associated costs are the responsibility of the customer and shipping costs are non-refundable; however return delivery costs for faulty or incorrectly supplied items will be the responsibility of Solèr SPF.

You agree that the following terms and conditions are the exclusive terms governing all sales transactions between Customer and  Solèr SPF.


An order placed through the Store is not binding upon Solèr SPF until it is accepted. Unless you cancel your order, acceptance of your order and completion of the contract between you and Solèr SPF will be completed when you receive email confirmation that the goods have been dispatched. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.

Payment for product(s) ordered is due prior to shipment of your order. 

Customers can make payments by credit card, or any method listed as a Payment Method on this website. All prices are listed in Australian Dollars.


Solèr SPF may from time to time present promotional offers or a gift with purchase to shoppers. Offers are valid only while supplies last. If a Customer wishes to return an item from a promotional offer, the customer must return all items that were part of that offer within 14 days of the date of purchase in accordance with the Returns Policy. Where a customer has ordered an item with a gift with purchase, if the customer returns the main purchase, they must also return the gift with purchase. The return must be in accordance with the Return Policy. Please see our Returns Policy for further details. 


Solèr SPF may from time to time provide customers with a Promotion Code that can be used on our website. The provisions for a Promotion Code will be included with the code itself; if an expiration date or other condition is stipulated, please reference where the code was acquired for the exact requirements. Any Code is non-transferable, not redeemable for cash and, unless expressly stated, may not be used in conjunction with any other offers. 


GST is included in the published price of the item. No further taxes will be added at the time of purchase.


Customer may request that an order be cancelled provided the order has not already been processed. You may contact our Customer Service to request an order cancellation. Customer’s credit card will not be charged if the order is cancelled prior to processing.


In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information, Solèr SPF shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. Solèr SPF shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and you have been charged. If your credit card or payment method has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, we shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account or payment method in the amount of the charge.


Total cost for purchase of any product will include shipping charges shown on the Solèr SPF order confirmation.
Shipping costs are for the account of the Customer, unless advised otherwise.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive email confirmation of your shipping details and a tracking number, which will allow you to track the status of your shipment

We cannot be held responsible for an incorrect address being entered on your order. Address Confirmation is given on the review & buy page in the checkout section of the site. If this is not noticed until after your order is finalised, please contact Customer Service immediately. We will attempt to update any incorrect order details, however some orders cannot be adjusted if they have already been shipped.


Solèr SPF will make a reasonable effort to get your order to you as soon as we can. In Australia, this is through Australia Post's eparcel system which ensures that your order can be tracked.

Solèr SPF will, under no circumstances, be responsible for delays in delivery, and associated damages, due to events beyond its reasonable control, including without limitation, acts of God or public enemy, acts of federal, state or local government, fire, floods, civil disobedience, strikes, lockouts, and freight embargoes.
